Happy 4th of July! :)
I miss celebrating the 4th in the States. Traditional BBQ with hamburgers and hot dogs, chips, potato salad, real pickles (not the nasty ones they sell in Sweden), etc... And of course yummy cookies and apple pie. :) And the fireworks, too. I had the lucky chance of visiting my sister and brother-in-law when they lived in New Jersey, across the bay from Manhattan. And I spent some time with them in July - during the 4th, and we walked down to the harbor and watched the fireworks over NYC, and it was absolutely beautiful. The top of the Empire State building is lit up with red, white, and blue lights. Definitely an experience. :)
