It's my birthday...??!

Today is my 28th birthday! Happy Birthday to me!

We had actually forgotten.. :/ How horrible is that?!
Getting a birthday card from my parents yesterday reminded us. Time is very pushed together right now and I think today creeped up on us.

Not really doing anything to celebrate.. we don't really have the energy. :)

We got up early today and got ready to go to the midwife (we had to go to a different one than my normal midwife because she is on vacation). We had to do some blood tests for Leia since we left the hospital after 2 days. And the tests have to be done after 3 days, so they fixed an appointment for us here in town so that we wouldn't have to drive back to Trollhättan to just do that test.

We also went to go get some pictures for Leia's American passport, but they have to be a different size than the normal Swedish sized pictures, and of course he didn't know it, so we will just go back tomorrow with the measurements and he can take some pictures. :)

After that we went (across the street) to the store with some baby clothes, to try to find some more things that "fit" her now. Her diapers keep sliding down her butt, we call her the "gangster baby" because every time we take her clothes off her diaper is half way off her butt. :)) So, with the onesies that are a size 50, they are a perfect fit for right now, and hold her diapers in place. So we grabbed a couple of cheap clothes to keep her poop from getting everywhere because of diaper slippage. :)

She does really well in the car. She stays asleep or it puts her to sleep if she isn't already. Everyone wants to take peeks at her in the stores and everyone thinks she is adorable. :)

I had to get up 4 times last night, and Fredrik got up 2 of those times with me - doesn't hurt having diaper changing help at 3 in the morning. :)

It felt strange to put on normal clothes today when going out. But nice to be able to fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes. :))

We just got home a little while ago and had some lunch. Leia is still sleeping, so I am going to try to go sleep until the next feeding time.

And I think that I might have to try to make some yummy cookies to celebrate my birthday!
