We've been writing down the hours that she sleeps, to keep track of how much she actually is sleeping, to make sure that she is sleeping at least a decent amount. Yesterday she slept 11½ hours (only 4½ hours btwn 08.00-20.00)! So, she slept pretty well through the night. So, I had a trying day yesterday trying to get her to sleep some.
Right now she isn't very cooperative when she isn't sleeping or eating. Even when being held she is grumpy and cries. So we are anxiously waiting for her to get a little older where it will be a little easier to entertain her. :)
Fredrik's tooth is hurting him plenty and he is looking forward to his dentist appointment. And he is going to call today and try to get me an appointment to see if I can get some new antibiotics for the "abscess" area.
Besides the new-parent tiredness and "are-we-doing-this-right?!?!," I think we are doing fairly okay. :/ :) It was difficult yesterday, though, with Fredrik gone and having to deal with her not wanting to sleep while being by myself - but it will get me ready for next Monday, when I will be by myself all the time.. :/ :)
But like I said (and like how probably most new parents feel), we are looking forward to her getting at least a little older, so we can have at least a little more structured day, and have an easier time keeping her stimulated.
