5% of babies actually show up on their due date..

I think the contractions are coming more frequently, but I'm not sure.. :/
I have such a high tolerance of pain, that.. I'm afraid it is going to sneak-up on me and all of a sudden - I'll be in great pain and we'll be rushing to get to the hospital.. :/

I'm so nervous that they are getting closer together that I have been munching on so much candy.. :D I've probably gained 50 pounds in the last week.. :D (maybe not 50..).

She said that if I am having trouble knowing if the feelings or discomfort is a real contraction, that we can try to base when the contractions show up by how much my stomach tightens and by how hard it gets.

My tummy is extremely hard right now.. :/
So.. maybe they are getting closer together.. :/
In my "pregnancy bible" from the US, "What to Expect When You're Expecting" it says to count from the beginning of one contraction to the beginning of the next, to find out how far apart the contractions are coming. And right now, it is about every 1-1½ hours I get the tightening and pelvic discomfort.
