Contractions??!

So, I think I am having what is called "Braxton Hicks" contractions. :) False contractions that prepare the body for the real thing. I've felt it for about a week or so now, but only at about 5 seconds each time. :) You can read more about it here: Braxton Hicks

Fredrik is still in awe over the Princess Leia Halloween costume. :)) (I think it is the hair-hat that he likes so much.) :))
I suggested the name "Leia" to him, we both really like it, and it is pronounced the same in Swedish and English, but Fredrik seems a little doubtful ... Maybe I'll have to push it a little more and see if it will become an option. :) We're still going around with girl names, but dead-set on Sebastian (nickname: Sebbe) for a boy.

I cleaned a lot today: bathrooms and vacuuming.

IKEA stuff is showing up tomorrow! We are figuring about 12-15 boxes... :/ 4 dressers, 1 closet, a dining table, a rug, and a set of blinds for a window. It will show up anytime after lunch. We've decided to not put together the dining table yet, since we are going to try to get new windows installed asap! (Because then we'd have to take the table apart and move it out of the room, and that would be a pain.) We haven't started the process yet with the windows, but we plan to get things going as soon as we can.

We've also looked up a chimney sweep! I forgot to put that on our list of things to do. As of now, the fireplace isn't usable ... it needs to be cleaned out and be fixed a bit. So we just have someone come do that, and then we can use it for winter, which will be good on heating costs. We've found a place, but now just to make Fredrik call...... :P :)

Fredrik has to go to Smögen again tomorrow. And twice next week I believe.

I found the most adorable Tummen clothes! :))
"Tummen" literal means "the thumb."
But there are Laban (a ghost) clothes as well! I like Tummen and Fredrik likes Laban, so we're going to be "arguing" after the baby is born about which ones to buy. :))

Not sure anything exciting has happened.. :/ Still nasty weather and cold.
We're leaving Thursday afternoon. Going to Svinesund on Friday and having dinner with Sandy on Friday evening. And the BBQ is Saturday afternoon, and then we'll come back here some time on Sunday afternoon.

Very, very anxious for the closets to show up! Then things will start to look much better around here. :) We can unpack our clothes properly. And we are coming up with some great ideas for our small dining room. Ways to make it more cozy.
