I am officially a Swedish citizen! :)I sent my application and other papers 3 weeks ago exactly and received the result today. :) Now I just have to go to the nearest police station that takes care of passports, and apply for a Swedish passport. Since the US and Sweden have agreed on dual citizenship, that means I get to have both.
The paper says, "Proof of Swedish Citizenship
The Migration Office takes in after [fancy talk for "accepts"] the application of the citizen of The United States of America Hillary Georgette to Swedish Citizen."
Yeah!!

No different this morning, but it is definately a big relief to have it overwith! It will make traveling much simpler, now we can all go through the same line at immigration!
