Hello!

We're finally back. It took awhile to get the Internet up and going, but it was actually a little nice with a break. We've been unbelievably busy.

We had our Midwife appointment yesterday and we absolutely loved her! She is maybe in her 40's, and she talks even softer than I do! She was very helpful and she really makes me feel very comfortable. And it was so nice hearing a professional say "You feel fine, then everything should be okay!" My glucose was 5.1 and my iron was 123. And my bloodpressure was 135/65. I was expecting it to be horrible with all the stress the last few weeks. She was on her way to take blood and then realized that there would be no blood pick-ups because of the holiday today and then the weekend showing up, so she schedule me to come in on Monday morning. And she scheduled an ultrasound appointment for.. next Thursday at 14.00, which will be in Trollhättan, about an hour away and that is also where I will be giving birth.

We did everything in Swedish and that was actually a lot of fun. :)

My tummy is definately expanding. :) And hard, too. Which I think Fredrik is most fascinated with. :)
He .. was a little uneasy at the BMM yesterday (ours was a special building away from everything else which was for expecting mothers and the little ones) .. when we came out from our meeting, the small daycare there was having lunch, and there were plenty of little ones running around, and Fredrik stopped in his tracks and said "I change my mind." :D

So, things are going well with the baby, we're still healthy and we are getting close to the ½ way point. :)

We've been trying to unpack, which is a little difficult in the house with not 1 closet! So, we are anxiously awaiting the nearby IKEA to open so that we can go shopping crazy and buy everything we need.

We've also sold our townhouse!! To a gay, male couple. :)) They hope to move in as soon as they can, the latest will be the beginning of July.

Fredrik has had a couple days of work, and he is enjoying everything I think. :) He really likes the people he is working with, including several people from Belgium.

We were hoping for some nice weather today, but it is a bit cloudy and looks like it will rain, so we are going to try to get the lawn mowed anyways.

Fredrik just got out of bed and started swearing at the cat. :D Caesar left us a very wet, sticky surprise in our bed yesterday. He peed so much it soaked into the upper matress.. so there is plenty of laundry to do today. When he is mad at us he pees on furniture .. We left him yesterday evening to go do some shopping, and he was upset when we didn't let him outside. Last time we left him alone for a few days (neighbor as a catsitter), he peed all over the couch .. :/

Hmmm.. trying to think if anything super important has happened the last few weeks ... Lots of little stuff of course of trying to settle in. We've met a few neighbors. We've had a few problems (with the pellet burner).. But everything is going pretty well on average. :)

We're going to Karlstad tomorrow (about an hour away) to go shopping for a stroller. Farmor and Farfar will go with us for some good company. They have helped us so much with getting settled into the house. This weekend they are going to help us with some painting in the basement and some electrical stuff.

But that is good for now I think ... Need to shower and there is plenty of laundry to do.
